Succesfull Whitetail hunt

Here are some pictures of a whitetail I shot on Nov 14, 2008. The picture with the whitetail walking away was the buck that I ended up shooting. He has 6 points on one side and 5 on the other. Measured 18' inside spread and 21 outside. The other pictures are of some mule deer we also seen while on the hunt.

Just a reminder of what they look like

With hunting season in full swing in Montana, a person has to be reminded fairly often as to what we are out walking those high ridges and low valleys in search of, with a 5 pound rifle on our back. These pictures will help remind all of those unlucky hunters that don't get to see these animals enough to get familiar with what they look like, just what they look like...................
